Trained in composition at Houghton University by Grammy-Nominated Composer Dr. Carrie Magin, Samuel has composed concert music for various ensembles including small orchestra and wind ensemble. Notably, his fantasy-genre composition “Keep To The Path” was premiered in NY by the Houghton University Wind Ensemble, conducted by Dr. Timothy McGarvey. Samuel’s portfolio includes collaborations with orchestras and choirs such as the New-York based Houghton Symphonic Orchestra and the Eastern Washington University Choir, and and his compositions have been performed in venues including the foyer of the Martin Woldson Theater at the Fox and the Spokane Steinway Gallery.

Samuel is available for commission for concert music for full/partial orchestra, wind ensemble, full/partial choir, string chamber groups, wind chamber groups, brass chamber groups, duets, solos, and more. Please note that he only works on family-friendly projects.
